Return Eligibility
We support returns for eligible products within 60 days after customers receive their orders. Products eligible for return must be in original condition, unused, unwashed, and intact with all original packaging and accessories. Items that are damaged due to improper customer use or missing original accessories will not be eligible for return.
Return Process
All return requests must be submitted through the official contact channel on our Contact page. Customers will receive formal return instructions after their request is reviewed and approved.
Refund Processing Time
Once returned items are received, inspected, and verified to meet return standards, refunds will be processed within 5 to 10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the order.

All refund calculations and order transactions are settled in United States Dollars. We reserve the right to review and verify all return applications to ensure compliance with return standards.
