We provide standard warranty service for all travel gear products sold on our website. The warranty covers all manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal daily and travel use conditions. Covered issues include structural defects, stitching problems, hardware failure, and functional damage caused by production errors.
Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not apply to damage caused by improper use, accidental collision, artificial damage, unauthorized modification, improper storage, and normal wear and tear of consumable parts. Damage caused by external force, accident, or non-compliant use is not covered by free warranty service.
